    Class: three-legged dog series, box lunge to curtsy squat series, narrow squats to jump squats, standing arm series, tricep dips from al fours, flat back core with knee catches, all fours seat work, flat back core series, and then we get lifted!

    Props: no props
    Class: tricep dips from all fours, curtsy squats that build to a knee lift, child's pose pushups, jump squats, standing core series with weights, arm series, core series from your back, bridge lifts, mountain climbers, side plank, burpees and then a cardio party!
