This 60-minute class uses weights, a towel, and the blue band if you have one. The workout includes a crab walk in a narrow squat with the band, arm work with the band (or optional weight), a large range set with hand weights with calf lifts, core work with a towel, kneeling booty work, flat back core work, a side plank series, and finishes with jacks, skaters and my favorite 2-point jack series!
This 30-minute class with Dino uses the blue band (or optional weight), and includes a box lunge to wide squat series, standing tricep work with the band, flat back core work, and a big finish to get you nice and sweaty!
