This team taught class with CJ and Dino incorporates one optional hand weight. This workout includes a down dog to plank series, an inclined chair to box lunge series, a wide squat in both large range and in a hold for standing core, kneeling side seat and tricep dips, flat back core with knee catches, alternating lunge twists, burpees, and an adorable cardio push all the way till the end!
